• have a collar and foot ring

• have an Overfill Protection Device to prevent overfilling and gas venting if it’s between four and 40 pounds

Safety

Your safety is our primary concern. Prior to setting up a new customer, we require a complete gas check on your propane system free of chargewhich includes checking the propane line running to the house and all the lines in your house running to your appliances.

Propane is a colorless, odorless gas, and can become flammable when mixed with air.

A rotten egg smell is added to the gas to make it easier to detect in the event a leak should occur. Gas detectors are recommended because not everyone call smell this odor.

Propane can cause freeze burn or frostbite if it comes in contact with exposed skin, so always make sure to exercise caution when dealing with propane.

All service of propane equipment should be performed only by qualified personnel. If you suspect a leak and are unsure how to close your gas supply valve, call us immediately.
